Booking/Cancellation/Weather Policy
All fees are refundable however, we will subtract 7% for charges we incur from our merchant account on the refund. If the event is canceled 90 minutes or less from the start time, we will refund 50% of the event fee.
Once you submit your party information we will contact you and let you know if that date is available in our Nerf Party events Calendar. Once the invoice is emailed to you, we require the full amount to be paid within 7 days. Any remaining balance (extra safety glasses, etc.) will be due on the party date.
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, we can reschedule your event for the closest convenient time with no additional fees required.
